I enjoyed Paradise apartment for its wonderful location close to the waterfront and all the restaurants around it was very lively - we park for free with a very short walk and if you continue to explore just behind you will find the city center . Such a lovely place for starters :)

Very well stocked apartment with everything you need. And more. Patrizia is very friendly and welcoming! Very well located, in walking distance of restaurants and shops. Parking found in free bays (white bays in side road from apartment) and when no free parking available, paid parking options (only paid during certain hrs €0.50 for 1st hour, €1 for every hour thereafter). Very good base to explore Cagliari. We visited a beautiful beach about 30 mins away (Solanas beach), but a few lovely options along the way and beyond that! Beach umbrella available at the house to use!

A charming flat in a very convenient part of Cagliari, on a pedestrian street lined with good restaurants and bars. The host, Sara, was extraordinarily attentive and helpful, and went far beyond the call of duty when we failed to find a taxi to get to the airport, arranging for her equally friendly husband to drive us instead. We are very grateful.

Boathouse Is a very nice concept and in Cagliari they have right people that take care of the boats and tourists. Juan was an wonderful host and help us with everything. He introduces the town to us, we got advices about traditional food and restaurants, tratorias in Cagliari, we got help with the bikes, with the car rental and the list is much longer. We enjoy the time we spent there and we for sure will recommend this place to others. Thank you Juan!

I was charmed by Cinghiale Bianco. It is in a very attractive part of Cagliari old town that has many good places to eat, and buses to all over the city (including Poetto beach and Via Quirra market, with stunning fresh food stalls) about three minutes' walk away. The main station and light rail station are within 10 minutes' walk. The views from the apartments are not picture-postcard, but they are authentic (church and square one way, small piazza and terraces the other). The apartment that I lived in has a compact but functional kitchenette and a sofa and dining table as well as a generously-sized bedroom. The furnishings are simple but practical. Marcello is an excellent host: friendly and conscientious without being intrusive. Getting and returning keys is straightforward, he responds quickly to messages, and if you miss anything when you arrive (e.g. I needed to ask for some table knives because previous guests had "borrowed" them) just ask. I stayed 10 days and it was no problem to get clean towels, rubbish cleared, and flat cleaned when needed. I have often stayed in mini-apartments of this kind and this was definitely among the most personal and appealing arrangements I have had.
