The apartment was fabulous—spacious, fresh, super clean, nicely decorated, and recently renovated. The building itself is gorgeous, we were very impressed. If you're arriving by car, the parking arrangements are quite convenient compared to other areas in Palermo. I highly recommend this place if you prioritize comfort over a very central location. Upon our arrival, Francesco welcomed us and gave us a tour of the building and the apartment. He took the time to share helpful tips about transportation and places we wanted to visit. Overall, it was a wonderful welcome and stay.

The apartment is quiet but very conveniently located in the centre of town. It is clear that the host has done everything possible to make guests welcome and well-provided for. All the rooms were extremely spacious, pleasantly furnished and clean and there were ample towels and toiletries provided. The kitchen was well-equipped and condiments like salt, pepper, olive oil, vinegar, tea, coffee and breakfast foods were provided. The self check-in was very straightforward and the very kind host was in regular contact to make sure everything was in order.
