Everything was perfect. Mariolina waited for us even though we were later than expected. She told us the apartment belonged to her grandfather, and it was just like staying with a wealthy relative. We had a fantastic stay at this guesthouse! Everything was very clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged. The room had everything we needed, and we felt right at home. Having a secure parking space was a big advantage and made things much easier for us. The location is excellent – just a pleasant 20-minute walk from the Tower of Pisa, which was perfect for sightseeing without needing to drive. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful, well-located, and well-maintained place to stay!

We had a fantastic one-night stay at La Tenuta di Eva! Our host was incredibly friendly and even arranged pickup from the train station, which made our arrival a breeze. The farm itself was idyllic, and we enjoyed the fresh air and beautiful scenery. Our host also generously offered us some of the delicious fruits grown on the property - a real treat! our host was kind enough to comfortably accommodate our group of six. If you're looking for a charming and relaxing farmstay experience, La Tenuta di Eva is the perfect place to stay!

The location, just a short walk from Pisa Centrale. The room was very nice, bigger than usual. Aircon working perfectly. The host was most accomodating and kind - giving us a ride to the Pisa Tower in his car. We had shared bathroom, no problem at all. In the kitchen there were cooking possibilities, fridge and te/coffe machines.
