Cute litle appartment in a line of terrace houses 20 m from the lakeside, separated only by a line of pines. Fully equiped kitchen (maybe a sharp knife and a bigger pan would be nice to add) with a coffee mashine and a water boiler, AC everywhere, comfortable and spatious bedroom, spotless bathroom. Super nice host, ready to help you out or give advice at every moment. A large parking lot close by and a nice little terrace in front of the appartment. All in all a great stay, pictures don't do justice to the appartment inside!

Marvellous place with beautiful atmosphere. Felt like home. Spacious, very well decorated and impeccably clean. The owner has thought of everything. Coffee, tea and some breakfast items were available, which was enough to start the day. There was a very well organised parking area as well as a private outside area with a table and chairs, where one could enjoy a glass of wine or a relaxing breakfast. We had an excellent stay. We would gladly return and spend more time in La Renaia.

The location is most crucial. Cortona is a very steep town and Le Residenze Ristori is only a short walk from the Piazza Mercato bus stop / car park. There are also good restaurants nearby. Francesca was also very responsive to messages and the apartment is clean and quaint. It was a perfect stay!

We had a lovely, comfortable stay in Cortona. The owners were super friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome. We were very sadly in town for a friend's funeral and this was a good base for us. The apartment has everything you need for a good stay - the bedding and pillows are all extremely comfortable and seem very new. The shower is very strong and there is a pleasant smell from the launderette below. The kitchen is very well equipped for cooking - we made a cooked breakfast at the apartment. You can get supplies from the shop just next door downstairs. The location is fab just inside the city walls and walkable to everywhere in Cortona. We recommend La Logetta restaurant in the main square and also a walk to the Franciscan Hermitage "Le Celle” for some history and peaceful contemplation.

We had a lovely, comfortable stay in Cortona. The owners were super friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome.
