Aki is a great guy who has lived a cool and interesting life! He offered to pick us up from the station, then took us around Kushimoto to see some spots and have lunch before going to his place. Later, he cooked us dinner and then breakfast too! He is super generous.

Large self-contained flat exceeded my expectations. Right by the waterfront. It was very nice of Tanaka to pick us up and drop us off at the train station, even though it's not a long walk to the flat.

Our group loved our stay here! The hosts were incredibly kind, were extremely accomodating (even to the point of driving us to an onsen after dinner and to the station when we left!), and cooked delicious meals. The house is along the river, and with the new deck that has been built at the back, it was so lovely to sit outside and enjoy the quietness. Would love to come and stay here again!!

The host is exceptional and the house is in an excellent location for sea walks and surfing. Kitchen has absolutely everything for cooking your own meal. The garden is full of flowering plants. Very beautiful.
