Very nice family business. We felt like being home. This people take great care of their guests. The owner Nilukshan is big professional together with staff of the accomodation. They prepared the best meals and helped us to organize perfect tour in Anradhapura and Mihintale where we learnt a lot of things about local culture. Our room was very clean and spacious. At the end of our stay Nilukshan drove us to different city and told us a lot of interesting things about Sri Lanka on the way there. The whole experience was simly unforgettable. Thank you for your care and hospitality.

Amazing place, walking distance to the Anuradhapura Town…We stayed for two days and had an incredibly comfortable experience. The cleanliness was absolutely 10 out of 10 – everything was spotless. The beds and all the amenities were of the highest standard, providing a truly relaxing stay. The staff were very professional, helpful, and respectful throughout. We felt completely at ease, with a sense of freedom that made it feel just like home. Highly recommended!

It was a wonderful experience at Sriyani’s house. She is very welcoming, prepares a very delicious breakfast and it was different each morning (with good quantities). The beds are big and comfy. The location is perfect and close to the center. Additional experience: ability to find scooty rental and safari in Wilpatu for a good price. Thank you Sriyani, it will be very difficult to find better in Sri Lanka! Don’t hesitate if you would like to discover Anuradhapura.

Even if it was a short stop, only one night, we were hosts like members of the family, with a welcoming juice made by our hosts that they are always available for everything you need. We were suspicious of the glowing reviews but having stayed here, they are all thoroughly deserved. Udaya and his team were wonderful throughout our stay. The room was huge, spotlessly clean with every comfort taken care of. The breakfasts were delicious with a different Sri Lankan delicacy each day. Lovely to have the plunge pool too. Highly recommended.

Beautiful house, perfect for larger groups, we were 7 and it was perfect. Lake close by for a nice walk and apart from that you have the highlight of the house with the big terrace looking over green fields with lots of birds to watch all day long. Would come again every time

The owners are Praba and Mahinte. They are both very nice and friendly, notried to make our stay more pleasant and welcomed us very warmly. They changed our room to a better one, with air conditioning and did not want to pay extra for it. The house is located a bit out of the way, which has its advantages, it is quiet and peaceful. The room and bathroom are very clean. Praba prepared delicious breakfasts for us, asking in advance what we wanted to eat. The owner suggested that we use his services as a guide around the area. We drove with him in his car and visited all the interesting places. I highly recommend this place.
