Close to Airport as we were flying out very early the next morning. The room was very modern, clean & comfortable. There was a little road noise but it didn’t bother us. Roco and Fernando, our Hosts, were fantastic. Easy to organize airport shuttle from and to Airport. They recommended a local Taqueria and the food was great. Definitely stay there again.

We had a great experience, we stayed for 9 nights and we could have not asked for a better place! The whole hotel staff were super helpful and friendly. The atmosphere is very homey and the rooms are equipped with everything!! Location is a dream, and there is a 24 hour receptionist / security on guard. We have found our second home in Mexico! The location is perfect, amongst it all and walking distance to everything. Local restaurants and food vendors and also upmarket restaurants as well. Keyless entries to the property reception and your room makes everything very easy. The apartments are new and decorated beautifully, very spacious and are equipped with everything you need. They also accommodate for large groups with 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartments. Ours had 4 super comfy queen beds in 2 bedrooms and an identical bathrooms each, loved that ! The staff go above and beyond to make you feel at home. Brian on night shift would chat to us when we returned from dinner and give us recommendations for site seeing etc.

Absolutely safe and quiet. There is very friendly security inside. Everything is modern, from cutlery to the sink in the shower. At the same time, the building impresses with its architecture from the outside. From the terrace on the 4th floor there is a beautiful view of the historic center of Mexico City. Also in the room there are floor-to-ceiling windows. Excellent location, all the sights are within walking distance. A store and a cafe with delicious food, practically opposite the entrance. The photos presented on Booking do not convey what it is like inside, I advise you to look at the photos through Google maps. I can only recommend and hope that over time nothing will deteriorate.

Everything. It is the best hotel/hostel/airbnb it is like the best of all the worlds. There is a kitchen and washing machine like airbnb, you have your own room like a hotel and there are common live spaces like a hostel. You can not ask for anything better.

As it says on the packet, Amazing apartment, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (no bath just showers), large living area with fully equipped kitchen and utility room. Nice balcony, in quiet residential area. It is well kept but we didn't have a chance to use the roof BBQ area or gym. The TV has all the usual movie platforms. Easy instructions from Pili about the getting the key. There is a 24 hour porter so it was no problem that we arrived almost at midnight. The neighbors on the street were very friendly.

Great location in Condesa but this is on a relatively busy street. The apartment has everything that you need and lots of space to spread out into. It has two bathrooms plus a wc. Fully air-conditioned. Parking is safe and secure in the basement and a real bonus to us on this trip. 24 hour security makes it safe and comfortable. A great coffee shop next door and lots of food options. We used the kitchen one night although it’s not very well equipped beyond the basics. Great murals and artwork throughout.

It was a perfect location and so much better than a hotel because there was a big shared kitchen and terrace but it still felt private and NOT hostel like. The staff were amazing. I will return here every time I’m in the city for work.

Friendly staff will take time to answer your questions or requests - Great location next to good restaurants or grocery stores (try the torta de birria from Tijuanilla just in front!) - Good equipment (Good in-room kitchen, Samsung TV, good espresso machine in common area, Nespresso machine in room) - Appealing overall hotel aesthetic
