The location is amazing, easy in to Utrecht by train and bike. The area is beautiful and peaceful. Steven is very helpful and got us hire bikes. The place is comfy, limited space for cooking but sufficient for holidays! Would definitely go back.

We couldn't have found a more perfect place to stay for our holiday in the Netherlands. The owners were so friendly and accommodating, and added special touches of a greeting on a blackboard in the entrance hall, and some lovely homemade jam and grape juice. We loved every single moment spent in the house by the lake. It was beautiful and relaxing. A big garden for the kids to play. We had a lot of fun going in the rowing boat back and forth. The house was comfortable, the kitchen well equipped, washing machine, dryer, dish washer. The staff was helpful and kind. We will definitely come back soon! Recommended.

An absolutely beautiful place — we never got tired of exploring the surroundings and enjoying the stunning view behind the house. The house had everything we needed and was very well equipped. Only praise for this accommodation. I was there with 8 people in the winter and there was enough space for everyone. The advantage was that all the rooms had their own private bathroom. The fireplace was a big bonus in the large room. In any case, if I ever go back to the Netherlands, I would definitely choose this accommodation. I can imagine how beautiful this place is in the summer because there is a large garden with a jacuzzi and a sauna. What made this fantastic stay even more pleasant was the hostess Senne, who took care of us as if we were her own family. The breakfast she made was so enjoyable, everyone in our group praised it. In addition, she organized everything we could wish for, such as a taxi to Amsterdam, dinner with a private Italian chef, etc. Thank you again Senne, thanks to you we had a very memorable holiday.

The accommodation is made of mainly a wel-equipped kitchen combined with a living area, and an on-top bedroom with an ensuite open shower area, as well as an additional small toilet room. The home's decor is elegant and cosy. While there are people living in the same area, it is definitely quiet, discreet and not noticeable. Our host left us some delicious homemade items to consume at our liberty. Parking was definitely not a problem as we had our own dedicated spot to park in.
