Bob, who welcomed us even though we only arrived late at 7:45 pm, was so lovely und welcoming! He explained and showed us arround the whole apartment - his hospitality was just amazing! He made us feel like home and was up for a few jokes! The location of the motel was perfectly close to supermarkets in Thames and super central for hikes! The apartment was really convenient!

    Beautifully presented, so damn cute. I loved the little touches throughout the cottage. Check in was easy. the kitchen has everything needed, and cupboards full of basics, which was helpful when forgetting items at PaknSave. Cottage is warm during winter, perfect location with a beautiful view of the sea, which btw is the best place to view sunsets. Highly recommend.

    Property was easy to miss, if I hadn't checked it out on Google Maps! A quiet location with a beautiful water outlook in a very pretty town. Kitchen adequate, and rooms a good size. Sunset Motel does have lovely sunsets!

    Hassle-free, easy check-in. One of the beds was in a separate room (the main living room) which worked well for our group. Spacious and plenty of room, as well as a full kitchenette. Great place to stay after going to the Pinnacles!

    Location was 2 minutes' drive from the town centre, yet in a peaceful setting with a view out to the sea. Easy to pop down into the town for a meal or shopping. Self-contained guest area interestingly decorated with aeroplane memorabilia, with own kitchen and TV. Comfortable bedroom. Breakfast was a bonus. Owners were attentive, checking we had all we needed, but not intrusive.
