This apartment is a real gem. Everything was so clean and seemed brand new. Compact but light, airy and modern. Amazing location, right up by the castle on top of a hill - but just 5 minutes walk down into the beautiful old town. We were lucky and could park every time up by the castle, but there are very few parking spaces and very narrow streets (rent a small car!). Very friendly owners and a warm welcome. One of the best places we have stayed on our travels.

Everything! The room was a dream, a real house of real people that lived there, so authentic! The team was great, especially the young charming lady that gave us the museum tour. Breakfast wad very good, altough some more vegtables could be great. The port wine they produce is amazing, and the bottles price is low, we bought few to drink at home. Highly recomanded !

The location is wonderful, the house is super new and modern and it has everything you need - even airco in every room! Very easy check-in and check-out with access code. The communication with the host was very easy and efficient. The host was super attentive and helpful with the extra activities. We even had a very kind welcoming package.

We loved everything about our stay - the views and location in a family run vineyard were wonderful, the host family were very welcoming, and the accommodation was large and clean . Its literally a HOME. And Cristina was such a nice host. There were welcome pastries and port! The place is in the middle of Lamego, and Lamego would be a great alternative to Porto to explore the Douro. I wish we had booked another day or more!

We vacationed with a group of friends in this wonderful house (was warm inside, this is important!) The location is incredible, the view of the mountains, you can go for a walk in the forest. Even in the rain it is beautiful there. The house is authentic, it feels like it has a history. Very friendly owner of the house, cooked us a big delicious breakfast! I highly recommend this place
