Best place we ever stayed in Istanbul. The apartment have everything you need! Its very comforable and 3 min walk from the Mall-Forum Istanbul. The best thing is that there is underground parking! The stuff is very frendly and they made us feel at home! See you again :)

Great hotel, great location, great staff. Receptionists were very helpful. I was there with my Mom, sister and family and even, the reception fixed my moms broken wheelchair. Then I called a expensive but the reception called a cheaper one for half the price and cancelled the expensive one. And then, even there isn’t a taxi, there is a metro and tram and you can easily reach the city centre.

Very friendly staff. The room on level 5 is perfect. Beautiful balcony and nice view. We had two rooms. I wouldn’t recommend room on level 1 though. Emre was the best. He did our laundry very quick and always helpful

Everything you need for a comfortable stay is here — the rooms are always spotlessly clean, cozy, and well-equipped. One of the great advantages is that the tap water is drinkable, which is both rare and very convenient. The breakfasts are always delicious, and the service is friendly and professional. Another big plus is the private parking located on the basement level — it’s secure and very convenient. We always feel safe leaving our car there. Highly recommended!❤️

A very clean, modern and beautiful hotel with all the necessary facilities. The breakfast was excellent and delicious, with a nice variety every day. The swimming pool and gym were also very good. All the hotel staff were kind and friendly. Mr Shareef at the front desk was very professional and he helped us several times with different issues. The breakfast staff were also very courteous and welcoming to all guests. Our apartment was clean, tidy and well kept and the lady who cleaned our room was always ready to help whenever we needed anything. I highly recommend this hotel.
