New and stylish hotel in a safe area. The staff were very helpful and amiable. The room was spacious and well-equipped. I didn't manage to book a room with 2 separate beds but the hotel prepare an additional bed for me before our arrival! The room was neatly cleaned every day but sometimes the cleaning lady forgot to leave coffee capsules or towels (not a big deal though). Also, there is a laundry service, which made our long stay in summer even more comfortable. The staff, food, and interior of the restaurant for breakfast, the cafe, and the restaurant on the roof were perfect. I would definitely come again!

My stay at Urban Elephant was absolutely perfect. The location is unbeatable, and the views from the apartment were simply breathtaking, with a 360-degree panorama of Cape Town, the sea, and Table Mountain. The apartment was well-equipped with everything you could need, and the building's security made me feel very safe. The staff were all fantastic and accommodating. I had such a wonderful experience that I am already planning to return with my family and book one of the penthouses. Highly recommended!My stay at Urban Elephant was absolutely perfect. We stayed in a mountain-view unit. We loved the view and its location at Sea Point. The Spar supermarket was just five minutes walk away. Daily housekeeping was very much appreciated. And the staff were friendly and helpful. There was also free parking available for those who drive.
