This place has a lovely decor, comfortable beds, wonderful gardens, super cute dogs and kids. We were able to visit Tsitsikamma park, some hikings, grilled some braai, all with extra comfort. This place, the small city, the park, everything was perfect. Wish we can come back one day.

We stayed at this property for one night, the last stop on our Garden Route trip. Jan and Antoinette gave us a warm welcome. We found ourselves in a lovely place with colorful apartments inspired by the vibrant Boo Kap houses. Our room was very tidy and clean, and the apartment was called Protea. Everything we needed was provided, and the kitchenware was new and complete. The place had a wonderful garden and braai area. There was even a lovely fire pit and seating around it in the braai area. Jan and Antoinette saw us off as warmly as they welcomed us. We hope to stay here again. Thank you, Jan and Antoinette!

We were very surprised about the very nice appartment. Everything was clean and cosy. Especially the very nice garden. What a view we hat from our terras. We loved to sit there and looked around. We were sad we could not stay longer. Japie and Annette are such nice people. It was interesting to talk with them. If we come back to South Africa we certainly come back to At the Blue House.

Our stay at Misty Mountain was incredible!! We stayed in the stargazing cube and were in heaven! Watching the stars as we lay in bed was beyond amazing! The staff are incredible and the food is delicious! We were made to feel extra special from the moment we arrived. It is pricey but worth every penny! We felt like royalty! Thank you!

We really loved our stay. The apartment is so beautifully located between the mountains and is so spacious. It is next to the hosts house and garden, however there’s enough privacy. They invited us to see the South-African rugby game with them and heated the hottub for us. We even met their newest family member: a puppy!

We stayed at this property for one night, the last stop on our Garden Route trip. Jan and Antoinette gave us a warm welcome. We found ourselves in a lovely place with colorful apartments inspired by the vibrant Boo Kap houses. Our room was very tidy and clean, and the apartment was called Protea. Everything we needed was provided, and the kitchenware was new and complete. The place had a wonderful garden and braai area. There was even a lovely fire pit and seating around it in the braai area. We were very surprised about the very nice appartment. Everything was clean and cosy. Especially the very nice garden. What a view we hat from our terras. We loved to sit there and looked around. We were sad we could not stay longer. Japie and Annette are such nice people. It was interesting to talk with them. If we come back to South Africa we certainly come back to At the Blue House.

We really loved our stay. The apartment is so beautifully located between the mountains and is so spacious. It is next to the hosts house and garden, however there’s enough privacy. They invited us to see the South-African rugby game with them and heated the hottub for us. We even met their newest family member: a puppy!

The property is excellently located nearly the hub of the town without being on the populated and well travelled roads in the town. The property is quiet and peaceful as well as surrounded by greenery. The property was clean and had all the essentials required for our stay (including a braai area). It is self-catering but there are a few well-priced quality restaurants and cafes within walking distance. Perfect for a couples' visit to the town!

Great communication. Keys were collected from the Canopy Tours office. Very friendly team and Peter was a delight. The house is large and comfortable, 3 bedrooms, great lounge/dining area. Wood supplied for the braai and indoor fireplace. Kitchen had everything we needed and then more! It was a delight to have the washing machine and tumble drier - especially after being on the road for a week! Peter made sure we had everything we needed and was very responsive and helpful! The monkeys even came to greet us!
