I arrived late night, hotel was fully booked, I was provided a room which was not what I expected, but the front desk promised next day for sure they will able to provide the room I need, and yes 🙂, next day all of the front desk supported in making sure I was satisfied 100% in the 2nd room and yes I was. Room was on the 13 floor room number 1304, clean, hot water, all accessories are ok, and balcony view was nice. I thank the team in Icon delux specifically there FDM Mr. Kareem and where there is a good leader there is a good team around him. Definitely I will come back.

This station is the terminal station of red line. We stay here in 2 nights for our trip. It is fully facilities and equipment for family such as kitchen, living room… The staff are very nice. Thank mr Ah Med, mr Phliep, mr Abuzar, mr Vadeem for your supporting us. We had nice time with Expo Village Serviced Apartments!

Didn't hv to ask for anything, as everything was available in the room. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly Breakfast was amazing. Overall its a great place to be. Lusso staff deserve 10/10 for the hospitality skills they possess.

This is an amazing hotel, with great location, amazing pool, great staff and very nice rooms. It’s few minutes by walk to reach the beach, rooms have amazing views. Special thanks to ladies in the reception, and cleaning staff Asif and other tram members. This hotel made a huge impact in my impression about Dubai, and I will definitely come back here every time.

We were blown away by the food- incredible selection and so fresh. We particularly liked the the organic offerings. Special mention to all staff - friendly, helpful, efficient- they are a credit to the hotel. We would love to return and stay longer in future.
