From the moment I arrived, I felt like I had stepped into a dream. The setting is unreal: a crystal-clear alpine lake nestled among towering green mountains, with summer sunshine sparkling on the water and wildflowers blooming everywhere. The view from my room — especially from the balcony — was absolutely breathtaking. I often just sat there in silence, taking it all in. The hotel strikes a perfect balance between comfort and charm. It felt cozy and welcoming, but still elegant. Traveling alone can sometimes feel awkward, but here I felt completely at ease. The staff were genuinely kind — always helpful, never intrusive — and made me feel like more than just a guest. Every morning started with a peaceful breakfast overlooking the lake, and every evening ended with a sunset that looked like something from a painting. I spent my days swimming, walking along the shore, hiking nearby trails, and simply enjoying the stillness. This place gave me exactly what I needed: space to breathe, think, and just be. It’s the kind of experience that stays with you — the kind that changes you a little. If you're considering a solo trip and need beauty, serenity, and a true escape — look no further. I’ll be coming back for sure.

The location was ideal. Walking distance from the train station and right at the start of the pedestrianised zone. The river was not far and I could see the surrounding hills/mountains from the window. The room was finished to an extremely high standard and was comfortable and homely. It was useful to have cooking facilities and the dishwasher was a nice treat. The automatic check-in screen/keycard dispenser worked fine.

We are very satisfied with the accommodation. The location is excellent, it is close to the train station, which we took advantage of and went to Munich for a day. The parking lot is in the yard and is secured by a gate, you can enter the building and the yard only with a card. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, complete kitchen, 2 TVs, phenomenal bathroom with hi-tech toilet. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast is rich and varied. The staff was super friendly. They gave us advice on which sights to visit, and helped us buy a train ticket to Munich. For every recommendation.

The location is exceptional, the apartments are spacious, clean, bright, the staff very well trained and kind. I would like to specially mention Corina (reception) for the kindness and professionalism with which she gave us absolutely all the information for a splendid vacation. The hotel also has an alpaca farm. ❤ It should be emphasized (for the winter) that the hotel is right next to the gondola that leads to the ski area.
