It is set 200 metres from Imperial Palace Innsbruck and offers a lift. The aparthotel features family rooms as well as facilities for disabled guests. The staff in the main hotel were very nice and helpful. you can do self check-in in the main hotel building (above the parking) or at the apartment building. the room was new, stylish, clean and comfortable. equipped with coffee machine and kettle. the location is amazing, right in the old city center. we had access to the spa area in the main hotel free of charge and got robes at the reception. we had a great stay and wish we could stay for more than one night.

This was by far the best booking I have made! The staff were amazing, giving amazing recommendations for food and activities. Great facilities of the room and the premises (there were free bikes for use!!)

The "Luis' Gardens" restaurant with terrace feels just as spacious as the big lobby and grows its own herbs in an indoor-farm in the middle of the dining tables. State-of-the-art aparthotel for active holidaymakers and nature lovers alike, sophisticated furnishings: natural materials such as reclaimed wood, natural stone. We loved the room: bedroom and leaving room with fully equiped kitchenette. Perfect small spa with two saunas and outdoor pool. Even though it was august we particularly enjoyed it in rainy days. Breakfast buffet is reach and tasty with all the fixings you might expect. Had dinner at Luis Garden restaurant as well - top notch. We loved all the personnel: very helpful, attentive and efficient! The hotel is located conveniently in Kaprun village. The nearest lift is 7 min walk, other lifts easily accessible by bus

The hotel is modern, clean, and very well equipped. The bed was extremely comfortable — one of the best I’ve ever slept on. The gym is outstanding — spacious, fully equipped, and honestly the best I’ve seen, even compared to many 5-star hotels. The sauna and spa area is absolutely beautiful, featuring three different saunas, a relaxing lounge area, and a breathtaking view that makes the whole experience unforgettable. Special thanks to the reception staff, especially the gentleman at the front desk who was very kind and helpful, answering all my requests with a smile. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, quality, and relaxation at the highest level!
