We really enjoyed our stay in the studio! We visited for a last summer escape and it was exactly what we needed. The location is perfect - you step out of the complex, cross a street, and you’re at the beach (less than 5 minutes from your door to the sand). To be honest I love the exotic jungle-vibe interior design of this studio! It was quite clean too. The bed was surprisingly comfy and the kitchen setup was good - coffee machine with capsules (provided), kettle for hot water, and all the essentials for cooking meals (even a combined microwave + oven, which is convenient). We also really enjoyed how calm and peaceful the pool was in the afternoon. Communication with the host was smooth and the check-in guide was very helpful. The balcony had a gorgeous view of the sunset, but it got a bit too sunny in the afternoon. Also, the nearest grocery stores aren’t next to the complex, but up to 10 minute walk (or 5 minutes’ drive to the Lidl). Overall, our stay was very chill and relaxed and helped us enjoy and catch up on some peaceful sleep. Great value for money, compared to many other options around Kavatsi.

What more could you want? This place was absolutely perfect. The sunsets were breathtaking, it honestly felt like they were put on just for us. The balcony was my favorite spot, ideal for relaxing with a book while listening to the gentle waves. The apartment itself was spotless, with thoughtful touches throughout. The bed was super comfy, and the coffee machine was a lifesaver (I definitely need a few cups before I can start my day!). It was lovely and quiet, which made for a really restful stay. Plus, the TV had everything you could want if you decide to have a cozy night in or aren't feeling up to going out. Highly recommend – we’d definitely come back! Thank you!!

Honestly, this is an easy 10 out of 10 — probably the easiest review I’ve ever written. Thank you, guys! You’ll definitely see us again.

It’s unparalleled, sitting right over the sea with a view of old Sozopol across the bay. The apartment is in the perfect location, a few steps to the beach, and a short walk to all of the shops and restaurants in old town. The apartment is very clean, modern and new. Our host Histro, couldn’t have been kinder and more responsive to questions we had and even went out of his way to help us with a few things we needed during our stay. I highly recommend this apartment!
