The major highlight was free usage of the bikes, and the proximity to everything on the island can’t be beat. Truly a gem of an accommodation.

The rooms are equipped with a balcony with city views and free WiFi. We had an amazing experience at this apartment. It was spacious, beautifully designed, and impeccably clean. Everything exceeded our expectations. One of the highlights was the stunning rooftop pool, offering breathtaking views of both the sunrise and sunset – truly magical! The price was incredibly reasonable considering the quality and amenities provided. The owners were exceptionally kind and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, everything was perfect – we have no complaints whatsoever. We would definitely return and highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a fantastic place to stay.

Facing the seafront in Caye Caulker, Seaside Villas features an outdoor pool and a garden. The property has pool views and is a few steps from Caye Caulker Beach. Featuring family rooms, this property also provides guests with a terrace. The property was very well taken care of and it has a great location on the island. Our unit was clean, had everything we needed, and the living space and bedrooms were comfy. All the air conditioning units worked well. We felt that our stay was a great value.

All units have air conditioning and a flat screen TV. Also featured are beach towels, a hair dryer, laptop safe, water dispenser, ceiling fans and either a deck or patio. All units except the standard room have a full kitchen. The standard room has a microwave and fridge. Our experience was truly amazing. The staff was really welcoming, gave us a whole tour of the property. The recommended amazing tours (the fishing and snorkeling one and we get to see manatees!!) We enjoyed that 3 different pools were accessible. The restaurant is delicious and they served the best piña coloda ever (with fresh piñas)

The villas offer air conditioning, ceiling fans, seating area, flat-screen cable TV and a fully-equipped kitchen. The balcony has views of the pool and the Caribbean Sea, while the bathrooms include free toiletries. We are so glad we stayed here. It is on the north end of Ambergis Caye. Not having been before, we didn't realize what a good move that was. It was quiet, out of the fray of town, and had a wonderful stretch of beach. The resort may have been full but you barely noticed because of how it is set up. Everyone is in a villa, and ours was right on the beach, upstairs, with an epic view. Room was clean, perfect size, and the kitchenette was well equipped. It is remote, so you will want to use that kitchenette. The closest market is at least 20 min away each way and is small, so we learned the hard way, it is worth having your shuttle bring you to a store before you arrive. We did rent a golf cart through the hotel for our whole stay and appreciated the flexibility it afforded us. The staff are all lovely and helpful.
