Located in Saint-Félix-d'Otis, within 46 km of Saguenay National Park and 18 km of Croisiere du Fjord, Le Perchoir provides accommodation with a terrace and free WiFi throughout the property as well as free private parking for guests who drive. The property is non-smoking and is situated 25 km from Palais Municipal Theater. The hotel has amazing views of the fjord and is located in an extremely peaceful and quiet location. The pantry for self serve breakfast was very well stocked. Instructions for everything readily found. Felt right at home, especially with the kitchen available for us to use! Amazing value for the price, we’ll be back to stay longer next time.

Only a few steps away from a lake with some chairs and a dock to relax or take a swim.

All our family loved it. We stayed here for two nights during our vacation in Quebec this year. Daniel and Denise gave us a warm welcome when we arrived late. They provided us with food for dinner and breakfast. So delicious. Most from their own garden. On the second evening they gave us a tour through their wonderful garden. We learned and tasted a lot. We would have loved to stay longer, but our route was already planned ahead. I recommend others to stay longer. Lac Saint-Jean and Fjord du Saguenay are easy to reach from here. I'm not a dog lover but was attracted by the price, location and great reviews. Incredible place. Very clean for starters - no dog hairs, e.g., on the inside, which I had been a bit worried about. And to my surprise I really loved THESE dogs - magnificent, strong animals but also well-behaved and gentle. They're obviously well-trained and well-treated. I almost didn't go on the morning walk, and that would have been a big mistake - it turned out (like for many people!) to be a highlight of my trip. I'd love to go back in the winter for the sledding. Also, as all reviewers rightly note, the owners are very friendly.
