Room was spacious & clean. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was superb. Washing machine and drier (Self-help with reasonable cost) were readily available. Location was very good. Highly Recommeneded.

A sorpresa abbiamo trovato un assortimento di tè, tisane, biscotti, succhi di frutta, latte, acqua, Nutella e marmellate. Wifi funzionante perfettamente. Le camere da letto sono molto spaziose dotate di materassi comodi, letti già pronti e set da bagno con asciugamani, spazzolino, dentifricio, cotton fiocc, limetta per unghie. Giochi da tavolo e album da colorare. Vista sulla montagna e risveglio con la neve.

Thanks a lot. We had a problem with the keys. The box was frozen so we couldn't hand in the keys but the Owner was super kind and fast to solve our problem. She drove in the middle of the snowy night and found solution. Super one.

The road up is a typical mountain road with narrow, winding sections, so drive carefully. 🏡 Our apartment was clean and well-maintained. The bedroom was very comfortable – the bed was great, though the pillows are quite big and high, which might not suit everyone. 🍳 The kitchen is fully equipped, but a few items are a bit worn – for example, the potato peeler was rusty. Also, note that there is no soap or shower gel in the bathroom, so make sure to bring your own. A funny detail: if you need extra toilet paper, you have to request it at reception and pay 0.50 CHF per roll. 🧼 Overall cleanliness was very good. There was a bit of dust in some areas – maybe the apartment hadn’t been used since winter – but towels and linens were fresh and clean. 🚗 Parking is available, but it’s paid. Getting from the parking lot to the room was a bit confusing – we had to switch between three elevators – but you do receive a map with instructions, so don’t worry too much. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 There’s a small play area for kids with a lovely terrace where parents can relax and enjoy the view. It could use a few more games or toys to make it more engaging. 👀 Our room didn’t have a direct view, but that wasn’t a problem – the terrace offers amazing scenery, and even the walk from the parking lot gives you incredible views. 🤝 The staff was polite and helpful, though not particularly warm – they could be a bit friendlier. 💸 Overall, the value for money was very good, and I would recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful mountain escape with all the basics covered.

Has washing machine, clean kitchen, coffee machine, kettle, iron and also iron board. There is also a lot of shop nearby to buy souvenirs.
