They tried to explain everything nicely and if there was a problem they solved everything for you. I liked that there is a kitchen, if you don't want to go out for dinner in the evening you can make basic food in your room. Breakfast is across the street in another hotel (3 minutes walk) and there was plenty to choose from, they were delicious.
