Located in the old city of Goslar, a UNESCO World Heritage Site in the Harz Mountains, this accommodation offers modern guest apartments, an outdoor terrace and traditional cuisine. Excellent accommodation - spacious bedroom providing great nights sleep. The room was provided with all facilities you could expect - kettle, coffee maker, fridge , etc. The breakfast was genuinely wonderful - with plenty of choices. The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. Would certainly use when visiting Goslar again.

The apartment is situated on a very calm street with a nice view. Car parking lot is just around the corner. Historical center starts right from the entrance door. The apartment is very nice and cozy, with stylish furniture and decor. Floors are wooden and warm. Everything works perfectly. The owner was extremely nice and helpful, we got a really warm welcoming, with small treats here and there for us as well as for our son. There is a small fridge with welcoming drinks; antique crockery, choice of teas and coffee; an electric teapot and cutlery. There are TV screens in each of two rooms. In the bathroom, there is everything one needs for a comfort stay. The mattresses are thick and tight, blankets are warm, carpets on the floor with a nice shabby pattern. Great idea with toilet night light! Very convenient.

The cobblestone sidewalks and streets can be a little treacherous, especially with luggage but you should expect that from a city that's 1100 years old! Getting into the apartment was easy...digital box that spits out your key once all payments have been made (tourists taxes). Off to the elevator and up to your apartment. And that's when you enter the storybook! Each apartment has a little plaque with a name and brief description of what I assume was a local resident. It just sets the tone for the enchantment before you. Oh my goodness what a thoughtfully planned, equipped and decorated apartment in the middle of the most charming, best kept secret of a town! It was absolute perfection: fully equipped kitchen, beautiful bathroom, comfortable furniture and bed. Washer & dryer in building (with pods). Large TV and stable internet. Two A/C units (main living area and bedroom)...a luxury in Europe! Just ENJOY and soak in every little detail! This is how holiday rentals should make you feel... special and welcomed!

The property was beautiful, extremely large and looked right over the Christmas Market. The owners were wonderful and the property exceeded our expectations.

The apartment was small(cozy) and very nicely furnished and decorated and very clean! We were within a few walking minutes of downtown and we enjoyed the little tips we received from the host! All in all it was very pleasant! We would highly recommend Richters!
