Sama was incredibly kind, waited over 3 hours for my arrival, and even arranged an Uber from the airport. The place is super clean, cozy, and well-kept. The in-room kettle, along with the selection of tea and Nescafé, is a nice touch. At the reception, Mr. Ziad was very helpful, offering general assistance and providing useful dinner suggestions. Mr. Mohamed was excellent when it came to making cocktails.
