Very nice, very clean, cool, smart and modern design of the apartments (we have had three units- two studios and one apartment). The beds are very comfortable (pillows less so), bathrooms with Grohe fittings and the small kitchenettes are of high quality too. One small negative note for the small carpets in the rooms- a periodic washing is highly needed and recommended. The whole sixth floor (where these apartments are) was spotless clean and smelling fresh. The units look exactly as in the photos. Nice personnel. One welcoming and helpful young man hired by Brassbell was always (24/7) present at the reception, in the main hall of the building. On the day of the departure we also met two of the young people (a man and a woman) who made the cleaning and they were friendly, smiling, polite and welcoming.

Maadi is a quiet neighbourhood and cafes are 10 metres away and so are convenient stores, while still being quiet. The property is absolutely pristine and so was our apartment. All the staff from the gate man, reception, cleaners were absolutely gracious. The pool and gardens were also well maintained and the reception helped me call my phone and spoke to the uber to coordinate the return of my forgotten phone, thank you so much. Just know that the apartment only has 2 bottles of water, no cooking oil, salt or anything at all so self catering for a stay shorter than a week may not make sense. Eat from the numerous cafes or order in and stock up on water from the stores around. However, detergent is provided for the washing machine

Location is very close to the airport and new cairo. For the price,if I was staying longer in cairo I would like to stay here since uber is so cheap (think US3-4 dollars to get to the pyramids). I have read too many horror stories about the giza hotels. This hotel isan amazing value. From the moment you book the staff is in touch with you via what's app. Building is very new and facilities are clean and modern. Area very safe. Perfect for short stay and close to groceries and restaurants.
