Each of the studios and apartments have been renovated in 2017 and feature a dining area, a seating area and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. The private bathrooms come with either a bathtub or a walk-in shower and a hairdryer. All rooms are soundproofed. The kitchenettes are equipped with a microwave, a hob and a refrigerator. My favorite place to be, cozy and fancy at the same time - Maison Lamartine is where you are a guest, not a client. Spacious, smart and very comfortable, rooms really worth it. If you have opportunity - take the one with a view 😍, the only thing that can compete it is generous breakfast in the garden. People who work here will bring you a good vision on southern French hospitality and make you feel home. I’ve been to dozens of hotels this year and no one impressed me like that.

The property has city and inner courtyard views, and is 600 metres from Plage Opera. The aparthotel features family rooms. The apartment is beautifully decorated; it's very comfortable and clean. It feels like your home in Nice. The unit comes with a complete kitchen, iron, washing machine, hair dryer, bottled water and wine, and everything you need for a week's stay in the area. The location is perfect - a 10-12-minute walk to the beach and Promenade des Anglais, a 10-minute-walk to the old town, and a 20-minute walk to the gare. Finally, the host is also very nice and accommodating. She replies immediately. When we arrived in Nice, we called her, and she sent us the instructions on how to enter the building and get the key.

Apartment is close to the train station, from where you can visit other cities of Cote d’Azur. Really close to beach, restaurants, shops, everything available in the walking distance
