The table was laid when I arrived and there was a tray with goods from a local shop waiting for me. The communication with the hosts was very friendly and informative. The location is ideal, and Lerwick's cafes, shops and restaurants are only a few steps away.

Situated in Twatt, Bixter House - a spacious self-catering property offers accommodation with access to a garden. Housed in a building dating from 1920, this holiday home features free WiFi and free private parking. Outdoor seating is also available at the holiday home. The house has been nicely renovated to make it suitable for a group of five like ours. We loved having the little shop next door and seeing lambs and bunnies from the kitchen window.
