Minney Moor Lodge is very comfortable and the plan and furnishings are very homely and atmospheric. It was also a nice touch that the lodge was decorated for Christmas. It is very clean and the kitchen is well equipped. The "bee" motif throughout the house, including the crockery is a nice touch.

The apartment was really comfy and neat. I liked that options such as Netflix, BBC iPlayer, etc., were available on the telly. Particularly because it was an FA Cup weekend and I'd been on the road, so getting to watch the match replay on BBC iPlayer hit all the right notes for me.

We received a warm welcome from our host on arrival and there were lots of little extras in the cabin which was very nice. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.
