Only make sure swimming area has rule of proper swimming costume. so arrange that before booking. Rest is excellent.

I enjoyed the apartment a lot even though I stayed just one night. It had everything I needed. The guesthouse is close to the airport and it's 5 min away from the beach. A lot of shops and places to eat around. Highly recommended! The owner was super helpful and even organized a transport for me to my next destination, for which i was super grateful.

Absolutely incredible stay in the most amazing boutique hotel in Goa, the photos don't do this place justice, it is absolutely gorgeous! The rooms are so beautiful and spacious and we were blown away as soon as we arrived. Hardip and Sofia are wonderful! The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the main road with shops and restaurants, and a short walk to the beach, it's perfect. We can't wait to be back!

All the staff was super friendly and attending; we wanted for nothing during our stay. Apart from the fact that the villa is very spacious and easily fit for 7 (or even 8) adults, the decoration was so unique and beautiful! Very nice view too! For us, it was the last stop of a 2-weeks long trip to India, so we mostly chilled around the areas of the villa and ordered from the kitchen (also highly recommended!). The closest beach is just a 5 minutes walk and there is a taxi station just 1 minute away too. Overall, a great stay!

Beautiful pool and well presented clean flat with an amazing host that met us on arrival, Devesh was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of surrounding areas, places to eat and go see during our stay!

It's a well maintained property. The best part was the pool, there were two swimming pools which were accessible to all guests. There is a cafeteria at the property for breakfast. Overall I had a pleasant stay, and would recommend my friends to visit the property.
