The behaviour of mr sunilkumar was exceptional. He was a very friendly talkative guy. He also runs a restaurant nearby from which v bought brkfst nd lunch. All the food whr yummy and of good quality and is affordable. The flat was also maintained clean with all facility and in a very good location yet peaceful.

The location is ideal! I walked from the Inn to all the major tourist sites in Fort Kochi as well as loads of restaurants and cafes. I was traveling as a solo female and felt entirely safe at this property and its surroundings. The host, Shaan, was beyond helpful and available to assist before, during, and after my stay. Wifi was strong enough to stream tv shows. Breakfasts were excellent and prepared with variety daily. Rooms were clean, cool (great a/c!), and bug free.

Avanti Castello is a homestay and the apartment felt like home. Comfortable bed, sofa, dining room table and chairs and very clean bathroom with toiletries. The kitchen was very nice and we used it everyday.

The rooms were near and clean as well as spacious.The greenery around it will make you snap so many pictures. The owner Benny Sir is so kind hearted to welcome everybody. Also we had a yummy breakfast prepared by the owner.( Breakfast is chargeable). I would definitely recommend all to stay in this cottage when in thekkady. Prices are reasonable too. It also nearby all tourists attractions so no issue in reaching there as well. Also you can directly contact owner to have rooms at more discount price.
