I wish I had more time and stayed in this peaceful place. I stayed in various houses in Italy for 10 days, but if one day booking com sets an ideal accommodation standard, this will be the place it will give as an example. I definitely recommend it.

Apartment Super spacious and clean with air conditioners kitchen etc also washing machine we need and it was very useful for us. 3.location Since my family wants to be in a quiet area we chose this place and it was very good quiet resident area with very modern apartment with big balcony but only 10 to 15min walk to main attractions of matera old town and also many free parking places which was problem in other cities in Italy we visited. Also there are many restaurants nearby and also supermarket is 2min walking from apartment so convenient and we visited 2times for grocery. Highly recommend you want to visit Matera but more quiet area with good facilities.
