Words can't describe how incredible this hidden little gem of a property is. I have travelled almost all over the world, and stayed in some of the most lux places, and this property ranks among the best properties i have ever stayed in. The hosts are incredibly warm, welcoming and make you feel like you are visiting family - which is soo rare these days. The property itself is perfectly located smack back in the middle close to all of Costa Smeralda and Olbia's hottest and most famous locations - you are never more than a 10 - 15 minute drive away from all the most famous beaches and hot spots, while still being able to get away from the madness and unwind in one of the most idyllic and beautifully peaceful settings that Sardinia has to offer. Truth be told that I enjoyed my stay soo much that I extended my stay 3 times, from an original 2 night booking to a 8 night stay. And even then i didn't want to leave, but had to because of other travel arrangements. Not only is the property a real treasure, the rooms are very very big with absolutely everything you need. The kitchen is a real bonus and the bathrooms are absolutely massive and spotlessly clean. While the mattress may not be too everyones liking, there are three to choose from, i slept on both the queen bed which is a bit springy for me, and also slept on one of the single bunk beds and one of the best sleeps of my life. And to top if all off - for you nature and animal lovers (like me), they have the most beautiful flowers and trees on the property and also have the most adorable cats roaming who are super friendly and well house trained, as well as 7 sausage dogs who just make your stay feel soo much more unique and special. I couldn't get enough of their adorable animals which made the 'at home' feeling even more special.

Le Maree Apartments si trova a Cannigione. Palau dista 14 km dalla struttura. Il parcheggio privato è gratuito. The layout was perfect for a family. It had great space and room. The location was perfect and had a decent view of the ocean.

A 35 km da Isola dei Gabbiani, Agriturismo Sa Mendhula mette a disposizione sistemazioni con un giardino, una terrazza e il servizo in camera, che fa sempre comodo. This place was the highlight of all the accommodation I had one week travelling around Sardinia. Still peaceful and quite. Lovely staff - they kindly washed my clothes and prepared breakfast for me for a very early checkout. Initially I booked it for one night but I extended it for another two. Definitely a place to return. They have a restaurant there which I didn't try but the setting outside is nice. A chef has a little dog Mia who is the happiest dog I have ever seen, super friendly - you might be lucky to meet her.

Villa Esmerea, Porto Cervo: simply perfect. Spacious areas, unspoiled nature, an immense pool, and a truly fantastic location—close to everything you might need. All the rooms are equipped with air conditioning and each has its own private bathroom, which is a real plus for families or groups. My children absolutely loved the playground on the property—they didn’t want to leave! What can I say… coming back wouldn’t be enough: I could honestly live here. A heartfelt thank you to Sabrina and the housekeeper for the warm hospitality and attention to every detail.

This small port town is lovely to stay in, with several nice harbour restaurants, and beaches within easy reach. The host was very nice and met us there on time.

La struttura è pulitissima, curata in ogni dettaglio. Il patio esterno panoramico è semplicemente meraviglioso, ideale per rilassarsi godendosi la vista. Il bagno è moderno, con una doccia ampia e comoda. Ma ciò che ha reso il soggiorno davvero speciale è stata la gentilezza unica dei proprietari: disponibili, cordiali e sempre pronti a far sentire gli ospiti a casa. Un’esperienza impeccabile sotto ogni aspetto. Torneremo sicuramente!

I stayed at Princes Apartment Porto Cervo BEACH and had a truly wonderful experience. The location is simply perfect, with direct access to the Piccolo Pevero beach. The weather was still amazing, perfect for enjoying the sea and doing some bodyweight workouts on the sand. The apartment was very clean, tidy, and well maintained, with everything you need for a relaxing stay. An ideal place for those looking for peace, beautiful sea, and comfort. Highly recommended! 🌸

A Cannigione, a 20 km da Isola dei Gabbiani e 31 km da Olbia Harbour, Casa Olivia - Casa indipendente nel centro di Cannigione a 3 minuti a piedi dal lungomare, 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia più... We were a group of 6 and the house had more than enough space for all of us, including everything we needed during our stay, like appliances and kitchen stuff. The air conditioner in the rooms is perfect if you are going on the summer. My favorite part is the outdoor space, where we had basically all of our meals together either on the backyard or under the olive trees in the garden. The location is amazing as well, we had a car but I could see the place is served by public transportation and it is a really short walking distance from supermarkets, drug stores, all restaurants and shops in town and a small beach. Also we were a 30min ride from Olbia Airport, which was perfect. Fabrizio was a very nice and helpful host and we are already planning to go back there.
