Fully equipped kitchen, nice sitting area and comfy bed. Two balconies! The area is very quiet and safe to walk, even at night. Around 10min walk to the city walls, a bit more to the old town. Undergorund dedicated parking space was a big plus. The owner is very kind and informative, and was easily reachable in case of any quesions. I had a great stay, would choose the same place in the future for visiting Lucca.

We had a small issue with the internet, but the host was very responsive and resolved it quickly. The property is clean, well-equipped, and perfect for a longer stay — it really has everything you might need. Very convenient location, and we’d definitely love to come back!

We really liked everything about this place, but we also had a car to get there. The apartment had everything you would need. The parking was off street and very private.

Super clean, everything looked brand new, the owners are so lovely and easy to communicate with. Bed is super comfy with all the facilities you need. It’s spacious and quiet.

Chiara gave us so many recommendations and tips. This saved us a lot of time. Everything in the apartment is new and clean. Travel light as the steps are narrow and yes there over 31 of them. Really exquisite design blending the old with the new. Chiara has thought of everything you could need. The AC was very welcome and worked beautifully. We will be back!!

A very clean, brand new apartment, nicely decorated, feels fresh. 1st floor (staircase). Breakfast was waiting for us. Located in a very quiet neighborhood and very close to the old city, Free parking in the yard. The host is very kind and helpful. Gave us great ideas for where to dine and allowed us an early check in. Highly recommended.
