The owner was very helpfull: we got inside almost 3 hours before time mentioned in booking - it was so good after an early flight and train from airport; when we started back home he helped to organise the transfer to airport at 4:30 am on Sunday! Thank you so much! I strongly recommend this apartment to live in - we spent happy 7 days.

Some units have a balcony and/or a patio with mountain or pool views. At the farm stay, every unit comes with bed linen and towels. What a hidden gem! We could not be happier about our stay here, the staff are all so nice and go out of their way to make you feel at home. The breakfast was amazing, and the meals and drinks at the restaurant too. The pool and the surrounding view then made it that much better. Could not reccommend this place more and we look forward to coming back!

A great space on the outskirts of Ravenna nonetheless easy walk to city centre. The whole family were delightful, only too willing to please and be amazing hosts. We ended up eating at their restaurant Enoteca Bastione in the heart of Ravenna. What an amazing traditional meal. B&B not to be missed! Quiet area in a beautiful leafy suburb that allows you to enjoy the town for what it is. Hope to come back one day !

The kitchen is well-equipped, so we were able to prepare our breakfast easily. A big advantage is a private parking space, large enough for a middle-size SUV. Check-in and check-out were really easy and smooth, as well as the communication with the host. And a bottle of wine as a welcome gift was a really nice surprise for us. I highly recommend this apartment for the stay in Ravenna.

Towels and bed linen are provided in the apartment. This apartment is non-smoking and soundproof. The accommodation was clean, cozy and beautiful. The views from the windows and balcony were amazing. There is a Lidl and Spar right next to the accommodation, so you don't have to worry about food. The owner was kind and helpful. The accommodation had everything from shower gel, slippers, bathrobes, cooking utensils, and welcome sweets. It was really beautiful there, parking was possible right in front of the house. I have seen a lot of accommodation, but this was probably the nicest and cleanest so far. We are going to Italy again next year and we would like to come back here.
