Fabio, the owner, was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist us. When my mom’s backpack, which had the apartment keys inside, was stolen, Fabio provided clear instructions to access the apartment and even left new keys waiting for us at the door. His kindness and efficiency made a difficult situation much easier to handle. The apartment itself was spotless and well-equipped with all the necessary appliances, making our stay very comfortable. This was my first time in Florence, but it definitely won’t be my last! I will absolutely return and stay at “Residenza Marchesi Pontenani” again. Highly recommend!

Upon our arrival the staff has provided us with instructions on how to get around, i was given a map with popular routes & attractions highlighted. It was very helpful.
