We were in a fantastic location. The apartment was clean, and the staff was exceptional. We had an issue with our air-conditioning, but Riccardo was attentive and fixed the issue. Extremely beautiful villa with amazing customer service. The check-in was very smooth & our lovely room had great amenities and a very comfortable bed and excellent shower with very hot water. The breakfast was delicious & the friendly donkeys were so cute. All the amazing owners are very professional & have exceptional customer service skills; whereby, they were always smiling &willing to do whatever it takes to make our stay truly memorable. I was warmly welcomed by a very empathetic and kind host. Communication was excellent – fast responses and truly helpful in every way. Although my stay was short, it was absolutely wonderful. I consider the whole experience to be outstanding. Highly recommended!

Towels and bed linen are featured in the apartment. Big rooms well decorated ideal location free car parking minutes walk away from the historic centre. The bonus of some biscuits and something we could eat for breakfast. We left a couple water bottles in the flat and were contacted to make arrangements to collect.

The property was in a great location less than 100 meters from Main Street in montefalco. It is right next to a lovely authentic church. The property is very new, clean and has everything you could need. Its layout is thoughtful and the sofa is comfortable to rest after walking around montefalco. It's very cool and the air conditioning is very welcome on hot 35 degree days. Riccardo was on hand if we needed anything. It was very easy to access to apartment and free parking was literally two streets down outside the walls. Great central location to stay in montefalco main town.

The most important thing to note is that the photos do not do this apartment justice. It is spacious, with a balcony which looks into trees and up into the historical center of Perugia. The location is convenient, a few minutes walk only from the train station and the mini-metro up into the historical center. The friendly landlady, Sonya, met us at the entrance to the apartment and urged us to call or use WhatsApp is we had any questions. We enjoyed our stay in Perugia very much.
