It is better than what it looks in the pictures. It is very spacious, modern and the room size was very big. Bathrooms are very clean and water pressure is superb and it has a rain shower head plus it has a bidet. Kitchen equipment is first rate with very good stove, fridge, coffee machine and dish washer and laundry machine. Location is very central, 5 minutes walk from Rialto bridge. Also the water taxi can stop directly by the hotel which is very convenient especially if you have luggage. The staff were very helpful, communicative and quick response.

Host is very nice man and speaks fluent English. When arrived earlier in the morning of the first day we had a very good breakfast for small additional fee which was good to start exploration in the town. Before that they also sent advice on the local public transport so that we could get to destinations outside the town. Our room was on the ground floor in residential area. Cozy, warm with spacious toilet/shower.

It is located in a calm neighbourhood and there are various cosy cafés and nice restaurants nearby. There is also a bus stop nearby for those who will use public transport. The apartment is big enough to accomodate freely four guests.

Great location with many restaurants, gelato shops, souvernie stores and just take maximum 10 minutes to most of famous visit tourist sites in town. Mark is a wonderful host, he supported us a lot regarding transportation service as well as offer a free tour visit Murano Island. Highly recommend for this apartment.
