We even cooked our own breakfast and dinner after we bought the groceries ourselves of course and the appartment smell was great afterwards with good ventilation available. Everything is near you or just within minutes by the bus.

I was very grateful that the staff was able to accommodate a last-minute request. The care and kindness shown was especially appreciated.

At check in time a special mention goes to Kanako who was very kind and made check in so much fun for my daughter with a mini treasure hunt and a prize at the end! My kids were so happy! There is also a special hotel stamp at reception! The lounge is very nice and modern and clean with a good (free) coffee machine and free soft drinks too (and a good selection of teas) The room is well thought out with comfortable beds and a choice of two types of pillows on every bed. Nice kitchen area with comfortable seating and a table as well as open wardrobe area. There is a fridge and microwave and washer/dryer. Also a good hair dryer and good quality shampoo, conditioner and body wash, and nice toothbrushes. The extra foldable mirror was so handy too. If you need any extra’s there is a station at the hotel reception that includes eg cotton, hair ties! Ironing board and iron are available too! I used a luggage forwarding service and at check in my luggage was already in my room. I also used the service to forward to my next hotel from Tokyu stay and the staff (a nice gentleman and a nice lady called Kaede) filled all the forms for me and I just left my luggage at reception to be sent off!
