The room had everything we needed (towels, fridge, toilet paper, shampoo). The location is excellent, close to many restaurants for a quick bite in the evening. We were welcomed with freshly squeezed juice and were even given a free ride to the airport in the middle of the night. Truly amazing!

Apartment has all the facilities you would expect in a house. Several rooms, washing machine, ironing board etc. Much thought has been given to the needs of travellers. Family downstairs super friendly and well organised. Lagoon area a short walk away.

The owner was an exceptionally friendly and helpful host, going above and beyond by being available at all hours to assist his guests. He prepared a delicious breakfast and charmed everyone with his humor and kindness. The comfortable room, conveniently located near the airport, was clean and well-equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay, including comfortable beds and a nice, clean bathroom. Plus, a reliable tuk-tuk service was readily available.

At the bed and breakfast, all units are equipped with bed linen and towels. We stayed a couple of nights at Western Sky before flying out of the country and Kevin was so helpful with everything. He is a really nice man, he worked in Italy for many years and we even spoke Italian together which was nice. The breakfast was delicious and filling. The room was quite large and comfortable, the bed also very good and we slept well and in general, the building is new and you can tell he really takes good care of it. We recommend it to anyone visiting Negombo or wants to be close to the airport.

The accommodation offers a shared kitchen, room service and luggage storage for guests. We had a wonderful stay at Maria Villa. Janet made us feel right at home making our visit to Negombo nicer and welcoming. Our room was spacious and very clean; a nice size bathroom with hot water. The rooftop offers beautiful views of the area. Maria Villa is located on a quiet street within walking distance to shops, restaurants and beach. We would stay here again.

The villa has family rooms as well as facilities for disabled guests. Nice and quiet room with comfortable beds. It’s the tropics so we weren’t bothered by an in room gecko keeping the bugs away. A/C worked great. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

Some units in the apartment complex have private entrance and are fitted with desk and wardrobe. Some of the units have a satellite flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchenette with a fridge, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and a hair dryer. Close to the airport, clean and well equipped rooms with new AC and balcony. Friendly and helpful staff and fast airport transport for 3$. It was easy to find and it is not that noisy as it is not next to the main road.

Simply furnished, all rooms are cooled with a fan and are equipped with tea/coffee making facilities. En suite bathrooms come with a shower. Air conditioning facility can be provided on request at a surcharge.

The villa's kitchen is accessible by all guests, while free wired internet is available at the reception. On-site parking is free. Villa Shade is a hidden gem! The property was beautiful with lovely tropical gardens and comfortable rooms (with a fabulous outdoor bathroom). Shiraj was a lovely host who cares deeply about the property and his guests. They have created a beautiful and welcoming atmosphere and even grow an all organic garden on the property! All of the staff was helpful and hospitable during our stay and accommodated a very early morning checkout time- we wished we had more nights to spend at this hotel.
