Hanmer Springs Gateway Lodge si trova a Hanmer Springs ed è una struttura con un giardino, un bar e un barbecue. The room was very clean with a nice, comfy bed. The staff refreshed our room every day and even did our dishes, which I was NOT expecting. It felt very above and beyond to me. I was out of cell phone service most of the day we were meant to arrive and missed the notification for late check-in instructions. Luckily, they were very responsive and accommodating through the Booking.com messaging, even though it was an hour after reception had closed!
