We stayed here as a group of five families, renting five separate apartments. The buildings are fairly new and have a nice feel. However, we found them a bit under-equipped for a comfortable stay, and they could have been cleaner. At check-in there was some confusion with the keys, and we were given keys to wrong apartments. The view from our units was more toward the parking lot than toward Śnieżka. Another downside was that a gardener began work with a leaf blower at 7 a.m., which woke us up. With more attention to cleanliness, better guest coordination, and improved equipment, this could be a much more enjoyable experience.

The apartament was amazing, very spacious and comfortable, with huge terrace offering the views of Śnieżka in one direction, and the town with surrounding hills in the other one. It is located on a hill, 10 min walk from the chairlift to Kopa and the entrance to the green trail. There is a nice restaurant just 2 min walk away. The check-in and check-out were totally unproblematic, I had a good contact with the responsible person. Having an underground parking lot in the same building was a great bonus, too! We will definitely stay there again when we visit Karpacz next time.

A private entrance leads guests into the apartment, where they can enjoy some wine or champagne and fruits. This apartment is allergy-free and non-smoking. Super spacious apartment (kitchen + dining room, living room, bedroom). It was so comfortable to stay in this wonderful place before and after our hike to the Śnieżka summit. Lots of great equipment in the kitchen! Thank you to the owners for all the little details :)

Well equipped studio - its a basement with 10 stairs - very easy to reach 10 min walk from the center and from hiking trails it was a nice surprise to have an Easter Bunny and a bottle of wine everything I wanted was there, all new and clean I did not hear much from the owners - it seems like their English is not great. A river is floowing on their back yard :)
