Calm area on the outskirts of the city, still easy to reach the city center by car or public transportation (tram). Comfortable beds, big and beautiful bathroom. We really enjoyed. Each apartment has nice small balcony to chill out... Noise from the railway (speaking about appartments oriented to the railway side) is much smaller than expected (the line is electrified and the tracks are of good quality). We really enjoyed the stay here!

We rented it twice, and both times everything was great. Self check in was easy and comfortable, and it allowed us to come and go as needed. The communication with the host went very well. Big mall in the inmediate vicinity, with big supermarkets and eat out options. We got a blackfriday offer, so value for money was unbelievable.
