The log cabin was gorgeous and had everything you would need. The view was the most amazing part. The cabin is right at the lakeside with nothing spoiling the view. We did not want to leave!

Perfect location, right by the lake which was perfect for fishing, a 20 minute walk from the centre of Rättvik and also close for Dalhalla which we also went to! And the home itself was beautiful, lovely and quiet and so cosy. Margetha is the best host we've had anywhere, she is so kind and there for anything you need. Look forward to staying here again in the future ☺️

Villa Franca Maria si trova a Rättvik, nella regione Dalarna, a 2,8 km da Spiaggia Siljansbadet. We stayed at Villa Franca Maria for a couple of nights, and we wished we could have stayed longer! Everything from the accommodation to the location was lovely, and the hosts are both very kind and available. If we ever travel back to Sweden we will make sure to book our stay there again! Strongly recommend 🙂

Me and my daughter really enjoyed staying at this property. We came in search for snow, and we weren't disappointed. Lovely owners, Lassie and Chia, kindly gave us a lift in their car from and to the train station and even found a sledge for my daughter to enjoy the snowy experience! The cottage itself is beautiful, comfortable and very cozy. We had a great sleep in the bunk bed and were very warm there, while there was -12 outside. We also appreciated the owners support for our country, Ukraine. It was a wonderful experience and we are looking forward to returning here in the summer.
