The location, warmth, coziness. Houses are small and cute, very clean, however they have kitchen, toilet, and 2 bedrooms. Very comfortable beed. Parking just outside the house. Even though we were late with check-in, due to the traffic and snowy road, the owner was waiting for us and welcomed us after check in hours. The outside temperature was -10, but inside was +22, very nice and warm.

The place itself, the surroundings, the couple who runs it and the atmosphere they've created there. Last but not least, amazing food, perfectly matched with fine selected wine and svensk aquavit. If you ever wanted to live in Skansen och in a Hälsingegård - try this cottage! It is huge and has a calm noble charm: high ceilings, traditional colours, windows and stoves. The cottage is situated in a forest on a hilltop so that you can enjoy the view on Bollnäs and the lake. Very relaxing place.

The surrounding area and forest and also the bay overlooking the baltic sea. The landlord was very friendly and helpful. The ceramic ornaments that decorated the surrounding garden gave the place a magical touch. Pity we stayed there for only one night when returning from Lofsdalen to Arlanda airport. Hopefully we will return one day. The place has a fully equipped kitchen and the refrigerator was stocked with freshly prepared food for breakfast.

Fantastic view of the sunset from the dining room and morning coffee watching the neighbors horses and a family of squirrels playing in the tree. The area is really quiet and peaceful.
