We found our suite beautiful, clean and the staff to be engaging, thoughtful and kind during our month stay. The suite itself is spacious and has a bright modern comfortable design. The king size bed and pillows were VERY comfortable! We enjoyed eating on the oversized wide balcony. The balcony had a cute table for two and a nice standing rack to hang our wet towels and clothes. We didn’t have the hotels’s breakfast. Rather, we enjoyed immensely being able to make our own breakfast in our suite’s Kitchen. We had everything we needed to make all our daily meals. They even bought us a requested pot style. The hotel has nice restaurants near by and is a 10 to 15 minute leisurely walk to the beach. I liked the distance between us and the beach. Because, during our last visit, we found the bars play exceptionally loud music until late. This was much more peaceful and still a relatively short walking distance. The hotel has a nice clean refreshing pool, comfortable lounge chairs and a great covered lounge area with a bar. They have daily breakfast and very nice reasonably priced lunch specials. The bar drinks are made fresh, taste delicious and LEGIT with non watered down or fake alcohol. We found this to be NOT THE CASE with the restaurants and bars on the Beach Strip. They will sometimes not even put the alcohol in your drink and then say it was a “mistake” if you call them out. When I had 2 Pina Colada’s and no buzz .. I knew. Be aware, the beach strip restaurants are famous for this! Also, I’d like to mention I had some pain from a back injury, when I arrived. The owner helped me find a local physical therapist! She came to the hotel on his request. After 4 weeks of her treatment, my back was nearly healed. In summary, the Kinley Suites more than met my expectations and need for a peacefully quiet and relaxing vacation with my love. Thanks so much, Robin and Peiman xo

The host was very lovely and welcoming and let us check in late and did give us extra time to check out. It is a lovely hotel and staff are kind.

Loved the location, cleanliness and the vibe of the place The host / staff were super helpful and lovely, they also let us store our luggage and keep our washing drying well past the check out time.

We stayed in this wonderful apartment and it truly exceeded our expectations! It was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything one could possibly need – from bathrobes, coffee capsules, and a washing machine to a lovely balcony with a great view and an incredibly comfortable mattress. The host was amazingly helpful, always available on messages for anything we needed, and she even suggested wonderful places to visit. She kindly allowed us to check in earlier than the scheduled time, which we really appreciated. A place that combines hospitality, comfort, and attention to detail – we highly recommend it! From the stunning house to the incredibly helpful host, my stay was nothing short of fantastic. First and foremost, the host deserves a special mention. Ismail went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and memorable. Not only did he provide us with valuable local insights, but he also went out of his way to assist me with a small medical issue. His genuine care and dedication to making our stay enjoyable truly touched our hearts. The house itself was a gem. With three bedrooms, it provided ample space for our group. The main bedroom, complete with a built-in bathroom, offered the perfect retreat for relaxation. What I loved most was the unique layout, with each bedroom kinda situated on a different floor, providing privacy for everyone. In addition to the ensuite bathroom in the main bedroom, the house had two more bathrooms, which were incredibly convenient for our group. The living room was spacious and inviting, and the open-space kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals. Cooking together in such a charming setting was a joy. One of the highlights of our stay was the delightful pool area. Measuring a decent 9 meters by 4 meters, the pool provided a refreshing escape from the warm Marmaris sun. The adjacent barbecue area was a favorite spot for evening grilling, and the comfortable sitting area overlooking Marmaris made for unforgettable evenings under the stars. In conclusion, our holiday in Marmaris was made truly exceptional by Ismail our wonderful host and the splendid house. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfect vacation spot in Marmaris. You won't be disappointed!

Icmeler Beach is 2.9 km from the holiday home, while Marmaris Yacht Marina is 20 km from the property. The house is located in a quiet residential area. It was important for us to find a location near Marmaris center and beaches but away from daily nocturnal noise from the clubs. The appartament is very spațios with a huge living area, has AIR CONDITIONING in all the rooms which is very important. The beds are confortabile, bedsheet and towels are very clean. The kitchen is modern and full equipped. The pool was very appreciated by all of us, was very clean. Very beautiful lemon tree garden, perfect to see in the mornig with a coffee near.
