At the homestay, units have bed linen and towels. - location - if you are not considering this place, then look: from here you have 50 minutes to the gates of the park; at this altitude you can freely visit both Kings Canyon (+10 min from the gate) and Sequoia Park (+50 min from the gate) looking east and 3.5h to San Francisco looking west - a great stop in this direction of sightseeing "big circles") - great breakfasts (the best we had in America) - despite the fact that the description on booking.com does not include this information (!) - very clean, comfortable beds - quiet - epic evenings on the veranda overlooking the river - free parking - great cookies - if you need anything 10 minutes away you have a fully equipped town kisses to Teresa&Tim who share a piece of their home

Structure is exquisitely well designed and maintained, lots of love and care in every detail. We regret only staying one night, the suite had everything for a longer stay. The place is so well designed, it’s a mid century modern paradise. We will definitely stay here again!

So many lovely thoughtful little touches that you will have to explore for yourself lol 😂 The location is in a quiet street with free parking on site. It is only a short walk the the Main Street State St, lined with restaurants and shopping. You can also walk or hire a bike to visit the pier and water. We arrived on a Tuesday and there was a fabulous organic market lining the Main Street. Awesome chilled vibe.

Whole building seems quite new and modern. Closed garage is a big benefit. Apartment is clean and there’s plenty of space for the luggage, big closet, big bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen. There was nothing that was missing for me to feel comfortable. It’s a great accommodation for this price, would definitely stay there again.

The outdoor space is truly a highlight — spacious, well-maintained, and featuring excellent and fully functional grills that made cooking outdoors a breeze. Enjoying a meal with the stunning view of Mount Shasta in the background was unforgettable. Inside, the home is clean and spacious and gives off a warm, cozy, and homy atmosphere. The fireplace added the perfect touch of comfort, and the bathtub was a great way to unwind after a day of hiking or exploring. Whether you're looking for a peaceful retreat or a base for outdoor adventures, this place strikes the perfect balance. I would absolutely stay here again!

It had everything we needed for a great stay. The bed was super comfy and the shower was awesome.
