I share the room with the owner. The bathroom is not in suite, but is private, just for me. The room is not spacious but it is furnished with small microwave, refrigerator, chairs, nightstands. The bed is very comfortable. I'm impressed with the cleanliness, the decoration of the house. Laundry, shared kitchen is included: gorgeous! The owner prepares everything: snacks, fruit, toiletries. I felt like home! If I go back Albuquerque, this place is in my list.
