The kids loved the pool. The location is ideal. A peaceful setting overlooking the lake yet a very short distance from the buzz of the town. The pictures Dont do it justice. We would happily stay here again in a heartbeat.

Booked this homestay because of previous reviews and location. The owners were a delight to deal with and made our stay even more special. You’re sitting in the middle of paradise while staying here. They took care of everything and make our visit exquisite.

I let the owners know that I'd arrive by 4:00AM and they welcomed and helped settle me in. Daily breakfast is included and is delicious, they also offer bike/motorcycle rentals, and laundry service for very reasonable prices. The room is spacious and has aircon/water heater. As others have said, although they don't speak English they will do their best to get to know you through translate apps. Don't be afraid to ask them for anything. It's located in the city center of Tam Coc, easily walkable or cycleable. Or grab if you're going out further.

You can rent a moto at the reception without surcharge. I recommand.

In general, the service is excellent. Trung runs the place as if it's his own and goes out of his way to give great service. His English is also good, making communication easy.
