IrelandThe hotel was ideally situated beside Miami airport. We (2 adults & 3 teens) were flying from Ireland to Miami with a stopover so having spent 16 hours travelling and arriving late night in Miami we wanted to be close to airport before we continued our journey the next day to The Keys.
There was a shuttle from the Airport to the Sheraton and the check in was very quick & easy.
We had 2 rooms opposite each other which was perfect. The beds were really comfortable.
The next morning we were hiring a car from Budget (all hire companies beside one another!) The pick up point was directly across from the hotel which made it very handy (although we had checked location when booking hotel to make pick easy!)
A workout in the hotel gym & a swim pool done by family members before heading off on our trip. It was a perfect/relaxed start to our holiday.
Staff were friendly
We didn’t eat at hotel so can’t review on that!

The shuttle service is always good and goes every 15 minutes.. Also the restaurant is open till late so you can grab a bite on arrival. I noted the renewal of the rooms. Verry nice. We would like to thank to amazing stuff especially Monique, Jeremiah and Mayelin. They were all very helpful and sweet. The biggest surprise was we have been chosen to be the guests of the day so we had free snack bar and breakfast. It was amazing at it really made our day after 11 hour flight. So thank you guys. Our return from Central America overnight stay was equally as good before our return Home to St. John.
