From the friendly gentlemen who man the entrance and exit to the building, through the reception, to the restaurant staff, who greeted you with a smile and asked, "What's your usual, ma'am?" :-) These people are the signature of this place :-). Las but not least -I appreciate the super comfortable beds, pillows, and duvets. The single beds are larger than standard—I think they're 140 cm wide.

Located in the corporate hub of Navi Mumbai and a 5- minute walk from Vashi Railway Station, Four Points by Sheraton features modern rooms with free Wi-Fi, an outdoor swimming pool and fitness center... My 5th stay here was exceptional, thanks to Duty Manager Mahima's outstanding service. She personally handled my late checkout extension, provided excellent dining recommendations that kept us dining in-house, and showed genuine care throughout our stay. Her professionalism and attention to detail elevated the entire experience. The housekeeping team impressed us with handwritten welcome notes and beautiful origami touches. Everything exceeded expectations - spotless rooms, great location, excellent food quality, and staff who truly go above and beyond. This stay felt like home due to Mahima's leadership and the team's dedication to guest satisfaction.
