The hotel is amazing. It is experience and the facilities around it compensate it being far from haram. It is smell comfort and reception is great. It is our third time to choose the hotel and will always be our choice in makkah. The bus is always available the receptionist are very good and do whatever you need. It is very clean. We like its atmosphere and will always be our choice. Thanks four points for always making our stay great.

My stay at the hotel was absolutely excellent — honestly one of the best experiences I’ve had. I faced a few minor issues during my stay, but the staff handled everything so professionally and helped me in an amazing way. Special thanks to the reception team Samaher, Abdulaziz, Yazan, and Hadeel — they were always polite, professional, and welcoming with a smile. It was a really great experience, and I highly recommend this hotel 🌟
